A Firm Built on Trust, Not Just Transactions

At the Radow Law Group, P.C., we believe that open and honest relationships with our clients are the key to superior legal representation. Every case that comes through our doors gets the same commitment: individual attention, open dialogue, and a strategy built around your actual situation, not a one-size-fits-all approach. That commitment hasn’t changed since the firm’s earliest days, and it’s the reason so many of our clients come to us through a referral from someone we’ve already helped.
Our Philosophy
We offer integrated legal services to individuals, families, and small businesses throughout New York City and Long Island, and we’re committed to providing the personal and professional attention you deserve to meet your legal needs. Our firm has a uniquely flexible and entrepreneurial culture that fosters long-term relationships with clients, one that lets us truly understand your objectives and address your legal needs with a practical, common-sense approach.
We’ve earned a reputation as trusted business advisors, and we demonstrate that value every day through the results we achieve for our clients. Whether your matter touches real estate, foreclosure, business law, bankruptcy, tax issues, or something else entirely, the attorneys and staff at Radow Law Group handle every case with unwavering dedication, hard work, and legal excellence.

RAYMOND D. RADOW
Founding Partner
Ray’s practice concentrates on Real Estate and Commercial Litigation, with a focus on Foreclosure Defense Litigation and Real Estate Transactions, as well as Personal Injury and Criminal Law. A former Brooklyn prosecutor, he’s a seasoned litigator who has conducted both civil and criminal trials throughout the five boroughs and Long Island. Since the onset of the housing crisis, Ray has represented countless borrowers facing foreclosure, building the firm’s foreclosure defense and loan modification practice from that experience.

MICHAEL S. SHEENA
Founding Partner
Michael has significant experience handling complex bank negotiations, foreclosure cases, and real estate transactions, having assisted in the successful negotiation and settlement of countless commercial and residential properties in default. His work sits at the intersection of litigation and negotiation, often the difference between a case that ends in a courtroom and one that resolves at the table.

ANDREW E. SHAUGHNESSY
Attorney
A graduate of Cornell Law School, Andrew represents clients in commercial and residential foreclosure matters, personal injury actions, contractual disputes, business formation, and intellectual property registration and enforcement. That range means he’s often the attorney handling matters that touch more than one practice area at once.

EDDIE PEREZ
Legal Assistant
Eddie brings an encyclopedic knowledge of the mortgage industry to every loan modification case, handling the financial analyses behind clients’ applications and helping to obtain affordable modifications for hundreds of families. He’s also the name that shows up again and again in client reviews; clients consistently point to Eddie’s responsiveness and attention to detail as a reason their case felt manageable instead of overwhelming.
How We Work
Getting started with Radow Law Group follows a simple, consistent process, regardless of which practice area your matter falls under.
Free Initial Consultation
Every relationship starts with a complimentary consultation, where we listen to what’s going on and ask the questions that actually matter for your situation, not a generic intake form.
Case Review
From there, we take a close look at the specifics: the documents, the timeline, the parties involved, and what’s already happened before you called us. This is where we identify what’s actually at stake and what options are realistically available.
Strategy
Based on that review, we build a strategy specific to your goals. Two clients with the same type of case rarely get the same plan, because the right outcome for one family or business isn’t always the right outcome for another.
Representation
Once a strategy is in place, we handle the matter directly, negotiating with the other side, appearing in court when necessary, and keeping you informed at every stage rather than going quiet until there’s news.
Recognized By
Our attorneys’ credentials and client reviews are reflected across trusted legal platforms, including Justia, Avvo, the National Academy of Distinguished Counsel (NADC), Google Reviews, and Super Lawyers.

What Our Clients Say
“We were three months behind on our mortgage and starting to panic about foreclosure. The Radow Law Group took over communication with our servicer, got our arrears rolled into the loan instead of demanding upfront, and lowered our monthly payment to something we can actually manage. We’re still in our home because of them.”
— Liam
“I contacted Radow Law Group just days after receiving a Summons and Complaint. Their foreclosure attorney immediately identified issues with the lender’s paperwork and built a strong defense. Throughout the case, they kept me informed, represented me in court, and negotiated on my behalf. Their knowledge and dedication made an incredibly stressful situation manageable.”
— David R.
“We had a boundary dispute with a neighbor that had been dragging on for years. Radow Law Group handled the negotiation and got it resolved without us ever having to step into a courtroom.”
